[Reservations & Payment]
Payment must be made in cash on the day.
A cancellation fee, based on the number of days before the performance date, must be paid according to the specified percentage.

[Usage Hours]
The time from load-in to load-out and complete departure (hall rental time) must be strictly observed.
If extended time is required, apply in advance and pay the additional fee.

[Management of Venue, Facilities, and Equipment]
If the building, attached facilities, or equipment is damaged or lost, actual costs (repair costs and business compensation) will be charged.
Nailing into walls or floors and using duct tape are prohibited (use protective tape instead).
Equipment, sound, and lighting devices are, in principle, operated by dedicated staff.

[Liability and Management]
The venue bears no responsibility whatsoever for theft, accidents, or troubles during the performance.
Valuables and luggage must be managed by the user/organizer.
The person in charge must remain on-site during the performance.

[Prohibited Items]
Smoking and eating/drinking outside designated areas.
Acts contrary to public order and morals, and nuisance behavior toward neighboring areas.
Bringing in hazardous materials or using devices that emit odors.
Unauthorized filming or recording (to be decided after consulting with the performers).

[Safety Management and Consideration for Neighbors]
Volume and sound quality must conform to the venue's regulations, and requests to adjust volume must be followed.
If there is any conduct that causes inconvenience to neighboring stores or public roads, the performance may be canceled.

[Food & Drink / Merchandise]
No outside drinks or food allowed
Merchandise must be sold in the designated area
One-drink minimum: 600 yen
